| Dear Mr. Wen, China is applying the rule of law and the market economy, this is good for your country of such a big size and population. In the past two years, your government offered huge amount of subsidies to SINOPEC and PETROCHINA from the central finance or money from taxpayers, and both of them are listed companies. My question is, why did the government choose to use taxpayers' money to support the two listed companies? Does this move go against the market economy mechanism?
